Caroline Walls is an Attorney with Leslie Wm. Adams & Associates focusing in commercial litigation and transactions. Her practice includes entity formation, corporate governance, general corporate matters, contract drafting and review, business development, real estate transactions, oil and gas, business litigation and trademarks, among others.

Prior to joining Leslie Wm. Adams & Associates, Ms. Walls focused her practice on defending individuals and companies from claims involving automotive accidents, real estate litigation, and catastrophic workplace injuries. Ms. Walls additionally worked as a law clerk for a boutique firm in Arkansas handling a variety of real estate cases including eviction, quiet title, deed reformation, adverse possession, and easement litigation.

Ms. Walls earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in May 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Arkansas. She is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is a member of the State of Texas Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.

Besides practicing law, Ms. Walls enjoys traveling to foreign destinations, cheering on the Razorbacks, and exploring Houston's culinary scene.
